What motivates you to come to work every day?

There is still so much potential in the use and exploitation of data in business. It's always exciting to unearth companies' data treasures and turn them into insights that make a significant difference, sometimes with just a few tricks. The “aha” moment is always a wonderful experience.

If you could give your former self one piece of advice regarding professional development, what would it be?

Be brave and take every (!) opportunity to expand your network and your horizons. Your network really is as important as everyone always says - even if you can't imagine it (yet).

How do the culture and benefits of the TIMETOACT GROUP support you in your day-to-day work?

Before I joined the TIMETOACT GROUP, I had difficulties finding a part-time job in the field of data science that would allow me to balance my work and family life. The part-time requirement was always the decisive criterion for rejection by the potential employer. Fortunately, I did not encounter this problem at the TIMETOACT GROUP. My working hours were not an exclusion criterion here. I can organize my working hours flexibly and thus manage to have a good work-life balance.
